PUBLIC OFFER

for provision of Followers+ services

This document is a public offer (hereinafter — "Offer") for provision of Followers+ services (hereinafter — "Service").

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Contractor — administration of Followers+ service.

1.2. Customer — individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of this Offer.

1.3. Service — web service for analyzing and managing followers on Instagram social network.

1.4. Services — services provided by the Contractor through the Service.

2. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with services for analyzing and managing followers on Instagram social network, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services.

2.2. The list of services is determined by the Service's functional capabilities at the time of service provision.

3. AGREEMENT CONCLUSION PROCEDURE

3.1. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of Customer registration in the Service and replenishment of the personal account balance.

3.2. Registration in the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

3.3. The Contractor has the right to refuse to conclude an agreement without explaining the reasons.

4. SERVICE COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

4.1. Service costs are indicated in the "Pricing" section on the Service website.

4.2. Payment for services is made by replenishing the Customer's personal account balance.

4.3. Funds are debited from the Customer's balance in accordance with the services actually provided.

4.4. The minimum balance replenishment amount is 100 (one hundred) rubles.

4.5. REFUND

4.5.1. Refund is possible only in case of technical failures of the Service that made it impossible to provide paid services.

4.5.2. Only unused balance on the Customer's account is subject to refund.

4.5.3. Refund is not made in the following cases:

• Services were provided in full
• Customer's account blocking on Instagram social network
• Customer's violation of Service terms of use
• Customer's change of decision about using services

4.5.4. To process a refund, the Customer must contact support within 7 days from the moment of technical failure.

4.5.5. Refund of unused balance is made to the same payment method from which payment was made, within 10 business days.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

5.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide services in accordance with the terms of this Offer
• Ensure confidentiality of Customer's personal data
• Provide technical support

5.2. The Customer undertakes to:

• Pay for services provided in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with Service usage rules
• Not violate the rights of third parties

6. LIABILITY OF PARTIES

6.1. The Contractor is not responsible for:

• Account blocking on Instagram social network
• Changes in social network policies
• Temporary Service unavailability
• Customer data loss

6.2. The Customer uses the Service at their own risk.

6.3. The Contractor's liability is limited to the amount of actually paid services.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

7.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this agreement if it was a consequence of force majeure circumstances.

8. TERMS CHANGE

8.1. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this Offer at any time.

8.2. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Service website.

8.3. Continued use of the Service means agreement with the changes.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

9.2. If it is impossible to resolve a dispute through negotiations, disputes are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Contractor.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. This Offer is valid until revoked by the Contractor.

10.2. If any provision of this Offer is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

10.3. All issues not regulated by this Offer are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
