1. General Provisions

1.1. This Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the relationship between the administration of Followers+ service (hereinafter — "Administration") and the service user (hereinafter — "User").

1.2. Use of Followers+ service means full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.

2. Service Description

2.1. Followers+ is a web service for analyzing and managing followers on Instagram social network.

2.2. The service provides the following features:

• Collection of follower information
• Filtering followers by various criteria
• Audience quality analysis
• Subscription management

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To use the service, the User must complete the registration process.

3.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3.3. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials.

3.4. The Administration is not responsible for unauthorized use of the User's account.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1. Use of the service is on a paid basis.

4.2. Service prices are indicated in the "Pricing" section on the service website.

4.3. Payment is made by replenishing the User's personal account balance.

4.4. Funds are debited from the User's balance in accordance with the services actually provided.

5. User Obligations

5.1. The User undertakes to:

• Use the service in accordance with its purpose
• Comply with Instagram social network rules
• Not violate the rights of third parties
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Pay for services provided in a timely manner

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Administration is not responsible for:

• Account blocking on Instagram social network
• Changes in social network policies
• Temporary service unavailability
• User data loss

6.2. The User uses the service at their own risk.

6.3. Refund

6.3.1. Refund is possible only in case of technical failures of the service that made it impossible to provide paid services.

6.3.2. Only unused balance on the User's account is subject to refund.

6.3.3. Refund is not made in the following cases:

• Services were provided in full
• User's account blocking on Instagram social network
• User's violation of service terms of use
• User's change of decision about using services

6.3.4. To process a refund, the User must contact support within 7 days from the moment of technical failure.

6.3.5. Refund of unused balance is made to the same payment method from which payment was made, within 10 business days.

7. Consent to Personal Data Processing

7.1. By registering in the service, the User gives consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 07/27/2006 "On Personal Data".

7.2. Consent is given for processing the following personal data:

• Email address
• Password (encrypted)
• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Service usage data
• Payment information

7.3. Purposes of personal data processing:

• Providing service
• Payment processing
• Technical support
• Service quality improvement
• Compliance with legal requirements

7.4. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending a corresponding notice to email: support@followers.plus support@followers.plus

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Administration undertakes not to disclose the User's personal data to third parties.

8.2. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Changes

9.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the service functionality.

9.2. The Administration may temporarily suspend the service for technical work.

10. Agreement Termination

10.1. The User may stop using the service at any time.

10.2. The Administration may stop providing services to the User in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

11.2. If it is impossible to resolve a dispute through negotiations, disputes are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Administration.

11.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
